Reservation Policy: to confirm bookings, we require an advance fee as a guarantee. The maintenance of the available apartment will be guaranteed afterwards. Payments are accomplished throgh the protected servers of PayPal. All credit cards accepted. No need of account subscription.
Cancellation policy: if submitted 4 days in low/middle season and 14 days before arrival in high season, no penalties will be charged. After this time limit, the penalty consists in the charge of 3 nights of stay during low/middle season and 1 week during high season.
